If you're on will-call delivery, we strongly recommend ordering before your tank drops below 30% heading into winter. Don't wait until you're at 10% during a cold snap — delivery windows may extend during peak periods.
During major snow or ice storms, delivery routes may be delayed for driver safety. We communicate proactively when delays occur and work to reschedule as quickly as conditions allow.
